He is survived by: his wife Marie V. Patrick of Millry, AL; his son John David Patrick (Gayla) of Millry, AL; his stepdaughters, Angela "Angi" Chancellor (Les) of Millry, AL and Shana P. Dyess (Nate Taylor) of Millry, AL; and his siblings, Lonnie Patrick (Kathleen) of Gulf Shores, AL and Marcia Frazier (Charles) of Brooklyn, AL. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
