He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaiah Sullivan, Sr. and Jessie Dearmon Sullivan; his son Gary Glen Sullivan; his daughter-in-law Mel Ann Sullivan; and his siblings, Sam Sullivan, Lois Dyess, Heidi Burgess, Jeanette Williams and Rudy Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Daisy L. Sullivan of Millry, AL; his sons, Wiley Washington Sullivan (Gail) of Millry, AL, John Westley "Poodle" Sullivan (Sadie) of Millry, AL, Wendell D. Sullivan (Linda Kay) of Millry, AL and Timothy Kent Sullivan (Teresa Kay) of Millry, AL; his siblings, Marlon Sullivan of Buckatunna, MS and Carrie Muriel Hall of Natchez, MS; and his grandchildren, Jeffery Sullivan (Caroline), Ashley Ruis (Vic), Monica Cooper (Bradley), Candace Beasley (Henry), Jada Gay (Jeremy), Derrick Sullivan (Brittany), Katrina Dearman (Terence), Jeremy Sullivan, Melissa Walker, Daniel Isaiah Sullivan (Jessica), Joshua Kent Sullivan, Hannah Elizabeth Sullivan, Britton Sullivan, Brae Sullivan and Breanna Sullivan. He is also survived by 32 great grandchildren.
