He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Sullivan and Augusta "Gus" Guy Sullivan; his granddaughter Kalle Denise Sullivan; his great grandchild Isaiah Matthew Sullivan; and his siblings, Arnold Decell Sullivan, Chester Sullivan, Jr. and Marilyn Sullivan Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Drula Sullivan; his children, Johnny Carl Sullivan, James Leon Sullivan (Brenda), Gary Eugene Sullivan (Sandra) and Denise Sanderson (Millard); and his sisters, Carolyn Stokely and Cheryl Lankford.
