She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Hollinghead and Eliza Wood Hollinghead; her husband Walter A. Creamer, Jr.; and her siblings, Keith Hollinghead, John L. Hollinghead, David Hollinghead, Betty Taylor, Moggie Ferguson, Arbelle Chapman, Jessie Hollinghead, Lorraine Westover and Nezzie Ivey.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Hollinghead of Leesburg, FL, Cynthia Robbie Hollinghead of Orange Beach, AL and Donna Smith (David); and her sister-in-law Mavis Hollinghead (Ada Hollingshead).
