She is survived by: her husband David Jernigan; her daughters, Patricia Schmid (James) of Calera, AL and Lea McMillan (Britiney) of Cary, N. C.; her grandchildren, Paul Schmid, David Schmid and Asher Fife; her siblings, Marie Vernon of Macon, MS, Nancy Andre (Lenny) of Collierville, TN and Ray Higginbotham (Jean) of Brooksville, MS.; her close friends, Tanya Tolley and Christina Fondren; and also, Doug, Julie Kuhn, Brian and Karen McCarra.
