She is survived by: her husband Richard Cook; her daughter Teresa Taylor; and her siblings, Carolyn Hunnicutt, Gail Perkins, Diane Hinds (Stan), Mickey Burrage and Norman Burrage (Karen). She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
