He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rushing and Annie Rushing; and his former wife Katy Rushing. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Rushing; his daughter Kristie Stokes (Danny); his stepdaughter Ginger Jones (Jack); his sisters, Sheila McCloud (Charles) and Kim Shackelford (Zane); and his grandchildren, Nathan Cole Jones, Jase Jones and Gabe Jones.
