He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Foster and Dona Mae; his wife Mamie Lou Foster of Kennedy; and his siblings, Ernestine Foster, Clodene Palmore, Maddie Ree Johnson, Lizzie Lou Guyton, Vernie Mae Eatmon, Annie Jo Payne, Junior Guyton and Willie Foster, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Virgil Hibbler (Irma) of Las Vegas, NV, Arthur Foster, Jr. of Chicago, Illinois and Barbara Hayden Phillips (Ben) of Dalton, GA; his siblings, Rosie Mae Shambry, Mary Ann Hill of Ethelsville, AL, Lena Neal of Detroit, MI, Ella Reese Payne of Pensacola, FL and Willie James Guyton of Chicago, IL; and his aunt Beatrice of Tuscaloosa. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Dowdle Funeral Home (270 McAdams St, Millport, AL 35576).
