He was predeceased by: his parents, Criss Horn and Carrie Hallman Horn; his sister Colleen Burdett; his nieces, Christine Mitchell and Diane Sharp; and his nephew Wayne Mitchell.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Horn of Millerville; his daughters, Demeris Smith (Tommy) of Millerville and Larisa Harris (George) of Bluff Springs; and his siblings, Wynell Ingram (Tim) of Delta, Evelyn Clark and Bobby Horn. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
