He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Perry Kelley and Pearl Vena Culberson Kelley (Sue Kelley); his son Randall Jack Kelley; and his siblings, Donald Kelley, Meschal Griffin and Doris Primm.

He is survived by: his children, Stephen Glenn Kelley (Rhonda), Sharon Sue Hamilton (Dale) and Vicki Lynn Parker; and his brothers, Bob Kelley (Sarah) and Wayne Kelley (Bettye). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
