We are sad to announce that on November 9, 2024, at the age of 73, Thomas Andrew Nix of Millbrook, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Lafayette Nix and Velma Louise Evans Nix; his son Jason Nix; and his brothers, Jimmy and Bobby Nix.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Nix; his son Joshua Nix; and his siblings, Harold Nix, Buddy Nix, Velma Gober (Jene) and Carol Mobley (Horace). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Brookside Funeral Home (3360 Brookside Dr, Millbrook, AL 36054). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Humane Society of Elmore County, 2955 Central Plank Rd, Wetumpka, AL 36092 or to the Millbrook Fire & Rescue Dept., 3820 Grandview Rd., Millbrook, AL 36054, in his memory.
