She is survived by: her husband Wayne Mayhan; her children, Tara Mayhan, Steven McNeil (Nikki), Michael Mayhan, Jason Mayhan (Sandy), Shelby Mayhan and Garrity (Margie); her sisters, Barbara Wallace (Jimmy) and Mary Dismukes (Van); and her grandchildren, Dominique Webster, Dezray Webster, Mathew Mayhan and Gabrielle Mayhan.

Mask are required to be worn to and during the service and social distancing will be observed.
