He was predeceased by: his stepmother Thomas Jerome Burnett (Paula Evelyn). He is survived by: his wife Beth Burnett; his mother Jackie Ann Cihak; his sister Valerie Burnett Gardner; and his pets, Mollie and Belle Starr.
