He is survived by: his wife Missy Crouch; his children, Nash Crouch, Savannah Gulledge (David), McKenzie Scott Crouch and Holland Crouch; his brothers, Tom Crouch (Sharon) and David Crouch (Patty); and his granddaughter Ellie Gulledge.
