He was predeceased by: his father Sam Shaw. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Shaw; his mother Judy Shaw Mcgown; his children, Kaitlin White (Marshall), Kendall Hollon and Makayla Hollon; and his sisters, Suzy (Paul), Shaw Middlebrooks, Lisa (Chris) and Shaw Preston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to Jennifer to assist with hospital bills.
