He is survived by: his children, Wade Spivey (Vickie) of Shelbyville, TN, Craig Spivey (Jan) of Pickens, SC and Kathy Cartee (Benny) of Easley, SC; his stepchildren, Harold Blankenship (Gail) of Piedmont, AL, Albert Blankenship (Ruth) of Martinsville, VA and Sandra Davenport (Johnny) of Prattville, AL; and his siblings, Paul Spivey (Faye) of Montgomery, AL, Frances Weiss of Montgomery, AL and Lillian Antes of Montgomery, AL. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
