She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Baxter and Virginia Irwin Baxter; and her brothers, Thomas and Dale Baxter. She is survived by: her husband William W. Cunningham IV; her children, Catherine Cervantes, Kelly Thompson (Jimmy), Jennifer Rye (John), Micah Fogler (William), William W. Cunningham V and David Cunningham; and her brother Beaux Baxter. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
