He is survived by: his mother Marion May Cook (Fay Cook); his children, Bobby Cook (Chandra), Albert Cook (Leah), Jeremy Hutchens (Christina), Amanda Poskevich (Tim) and Tonya Thompson (John); and his siblings, Thomas "Tom" Cook and Alicia Ann Cook Mitchell. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
