He is survived by: his mother Betty Jean Milner of Montgomery; his wife Teresita Adams Milner; his children, Nicholas Lee Milner (Tammy), Miranda Paschal Milner (Gui Rampon) and Amanda Morgan Milner; his brothers, John Milner (Debbie), Jerry Milner (Nancy) and Scott Milner (Melissa); his grandchildren, Connie Megan Nettles (Justin) and Kyle Roger Milner; and his great grandchildren, Amy Raegan Nettles and Nicholas Rhett Nettles. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
