She was predeceased by: her son Bryan Francis; and her parents, Talmadge Leon Oxford and Rebecca Sue Horn Oxford. She is survived by: her husband James Francis; her daughters, Melissa Stewart (Stanley) and Meghan Francis; her siblings, Deborah "Debbie", Talmadge Oxford and Paul Oxford; and her grandchildren, Lydia Stewart, River Grace Stewart, Ella Francis and Addison Jackson. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
