He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Denton McNeer and Mary Wood McNeer; his son Jody Denton McNeer; and his sister Hilda McNeer. He is survived by: his wife Jerri McNeer; his children, Michael McNeer (Tia), Tabatha Rasberry (Robbie) and Meg McNeer; his brother Hubert David McNeer (Ann); his grandchildren, Samantha Rasberry, Brittney Rasberry, Haleigh McNeer and Jody McNeer; and his great grandchild Brynnleigh McNeer.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association in his memory.
