He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorman Lee Bice and Mattie Joyce Garner Bice; and his son Michael Shane Bice. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Bice Jones (Michael); and his siblings, Jim Bice (Valerie) and Susan Bice Hallman (Howard). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
