He is survived by: his siblings, Glynis Fletcher (Michael) of Johnston, IA, Carolyn Brock (Robert) of Urbandale, IA, Bruce Miller (Debbie) of Des Moines, IA and Steve Miller (Kay) of Des Moines, IA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
