He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruel J. Talley (Marjorie Wilson Talley) and Kenneth; his brother Wayne Talley; and his stepmother Ethel Talley. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Degrasse Talley; his children, Mike Talley (Alicia), Wendi Johnson (Jeff), Allen Kirkland (Tonya), Judith McPherson (late Steven), Sherri Wade (Paul) and Karen Gregory (late Robert); and his brother Johnny Talley (Rhonda). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
