He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Reus and Mickey Townsend Reus; his daughter Candace Reus; and his granddaughter Carlee Smart. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Reus; and his children, Jake Reus (Amberly), Bo Smart (Jennifer), Nicole Reus, Lisa Doss (Jeff) and Kellie Oates (Kendall). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, his siblings and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brookside Funeral Home (3360 Brookside Dr, Millbrook, AL 36054). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at the Brookside Memorial Gardens (3360 Brookside Dr, Millbrook, AL 36054).
