He was predeceased by: his siblings, Florentino, Gerardo Contreras and Maria Louisa Jaramillo. He is survived by: his wife Reyna Contreras; his children, Jesse A. Contreras, Florentino A. Contreras, Ernesto F. Contreras, Samuel Contreras and Sindy C. Contreras; and his siblings, Martin Contreras (Elizabeth), Felipe Contreras (Noemi), Irene Duenes, Maria G. Aviles (Juan), Alberta Macias (Arnulfo), Elizabeth Contreras and Jessica Contreras. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
