He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Britton Groom and Margaret Mae Heidrich Groom. He is survived by: his wife Anne Boysen Groom; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Schrull (John), Beverly Vinson, John Boysen (Jane) and Stan Boysen (Denise). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and friends.
