He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Fain and Princess Waggoner; and his son David Neil Waggoner. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his son Dr. Stan Waggoner (Janine); his granddaughters, Paige Waggoner and Brooke Waggoner; and his brothers, Boyd Waggoner and Joe Waggoner.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Tunnel to Towers in his memory.
