She is survived by: her husband Leroy Hale, Sr.; her children, Dwaner Smiley (Louis), Sonya Hale, Leroy Hale, Jr. (Teresa), Sharonda Tolbert (David, Jr.) and Quantisha Hale Seabon; her grandchildren, Carneshia Kendrick-Russell (Ro'Shaun), LaTiia Hale, LaVon Hale, Ariel Smiley, Davidra Tolbert-Bowman (Sedrick), Rajah Hale, TeJarvis Hale, Davian Tolbert, JaMarcus Townsend, DaEric Seabon, LaTwanda Davis, Triza Smiley, Demyja Woods and Marquel Woods; her great grandchildren, Kaydence Kendrick, Ethyn Smiley, Karleigh Kendrick, Ariya Smiley, Cameron Woods, Kortlynn Johnson and Rhylie Bowman; her sister Rena Summerlin-Prattville; and her siblings-in-law, Lois Hale, Dorothy Smiley (Michael), Mary Hale, Ruthie Fields (Gene), Linda Henderson (Earnest), Jamilah Abdallah (Hassan), Cecil Hale (Linda), Joseph Hale- of North Carolina and Larry Hale (Sherry).
