She is survived by: her son Danny Sims (Lee) of Millbrook, AL; and her siblings, Betty Snowden (Tom) of Millbrook, AL, Paul Birchfield (Shirley) of Talladega, AL and Gerald Birchfield (Sheryl) of Ashville, NC. She is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
