He is survived by: his wife Diane Spurgeon; his children, Cindy Till (Mike) of Millbrook, AL, Wayne Spurgeon (Connie) of Sylacauga, AL, Teresa Furrow (Keith) of Thomasville, AL, Dena Boone (Tim) of Deatsville, AL and Aaron Spurgeon (Carrie) of Prattville, AL; his stepchildren, Marsha Fleming of Leesburg, GA and Bobby Hall of Millbrook, AL; and his sister Opal Buford of Berry, AL.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
