Stephens III of Millbrook, AL; her children, Amanda "Mandy" Cook (Blake) of Deatsville, AL and Perry B. "Chip" Stephens of Mobile, AL; and her grandchildren, Tyler Cook, Stephanie Cook, Kayla Stephens and Maddie Stephens.
