He was predeceased by: his parents, Ely Phillips and Betty Phillips; and his sisters, Rita Heisler and Rachael Lecroy. He is survived by: his wife Belinda Phillips; his sons, Scott Phillips (Mona), Andrew Phillips and Adam Phillips; his grandchildren, Matthew Phillips, Nathan Phillips and Makinley Phillips; and his siblings, Carlton Phillips (Donna), Calvin Phillips (Patti), Clifton Phillips (Beth), Curtis Phillips (Lynn), Rosa Lee Skeen, Ruby Phillips Deutschendorf and Regina Russell (Steve). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
