He is survived by: his parents, Michael Maxwell and Gini Maxwell; his grandparents, Tammy (Donnie), McDonald and Harry (Jeani); his great-grandparents, Niles Ingram (Faye) of Eleanor Swedenburg, Uncle Blake Ingram and Aunts Theresa Maxwell of Donna Billingsley; and his uncles, Steve Swedenburg (Shannon) and Troy Ingram.
