He was predeceased by: his parents, Velma Thornton and Andrew Tolbert Sr.; and his siblings, Andrew Tolbert, Jr. and Norcleather Tolbert. He is survived by: his brother Robert Tolbert; and his children, Calvin Andre Johnson, Ronald L Johnson, Antonio Beachem, Patrice Beachem and Shanetta Williams of Rochester, NY. He is also survived by six grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
