He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton V. Tullos and Neva W. Tullos; and his granddaughter Brianna Denea Dorris. He is survived by: his wife Leota "Cookie" Tullos; his daughter Dawn Marie Smith; his grandchildren, Christopher A. Miranda (Sarde) and Taran N. Miranda; his great grandchild Clarissa Marie Miranda; and his brothers, Wayne Tullos and Jerry Tullos (Dottie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
