She is survived by: her parents, Alan MacGillivray and Judith MacGillivray; her husband Todd Stephens; and her siblings, Rex Carter (Kelly), Rory Carter, Brent Stephens (Lisa), Randi Rowe (Paul), Carrie Stephens and Sharon Griffin. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be may to glioblastoma cancer research.
