She was predeceased by: her husband Louis B. Trusty, Jr.; and her siblings, Eldridge "Buddy" Turner, Doris Gilmer, Lois Golden and Rosa Mae Cherry.
She is survived by: her sons, Louis B. Trusty, III and Charles Wendell Trusty (Mitzy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Funeral Home and Crematory (1700 Barrington Rd, Midland City, AL 36350). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
