He was predeceased by: his aunt Betty Shirley. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Johnson; and his children, Heather Grantham of Midland City, Timothy Williams of Falkland, NC, Carl Allen of Tavares, FL and Cody Allen (Brittany) of Rockledge, FL. He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren.
