She is survived by: her parents, Faye Hawkins (Bowen) and Donald Hawkins (Brenda); her siblings, Kevin Hawkins (Natesha), Adam Hawkins (Sarah), Robyn Farmer, Beth Shelley, Tabitha Smith and Chauncey Philpot (Amanda); her nephews, Jacob Hawkins, Hunter Hawkins, Chase Hawkins, Landon Elder, Cole Abercrombie (Sierra) and Braylon Smith; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Cipri, Rylan Hawkins, Dorian and Rosalind Philpot; her cousins, Josh Lowery (DeeAnna), Katie Vaughn (Bryan), Thea, Crystal Bowen, Christa Bowen (Steve), Brandon Smith (Kaitlyn), Dylan Smith (Ashlee), Anna Katherine, Tracy, Christi, Haley and Teri; and her aunts and uncles, Cindy Lowery, John Bowen, Lisa Smith (William), Diane Bowen, Ronald Hawkins and Shelley.
