It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Brooks Hartley of Midland City, Alabama, born in Sebring, Florida, who passed away on July 1, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Brooks and Mary Brey; her husband MSgt Ronald Harltey Jr.; and her granddaughter Magnolia Leighann Grace Dean. She is survived by: her children, Travis Dean (Faye), Angela Jackson (Chris), Timothy Hartley (Chasity), Leetia Cooper (Willie) and Margaret; her siblings, Buddy Brooks (Kelly), Peggy Harrison (Ed) and Vail Croslow (Mike); and her sister-in-law Pamela Adams (Mike). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
