He is survived by: his children, Corey Andre Brackins and Dr. Lakesha Lynette Brackins; his wife Sherry; his sisters, Annie Williams, Winnie Blackwood, Evera Smith, Yvonne Lammons, Ernestine Copeland (Tellis), Shirley Brackins, Clefornia Salter (Jessie) and Gloria Copeland (Robert); his mother-in-law Everniece McDaniels; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Brackins, Ann McDaniels, Mary Helen McDaniels, Linda Simpson (Allen), Sheron Lee (Donnie) and Betty Faye Reeves (Homer). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and special friends.
