He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Maucher and Antonie Mayser Maucher; his wife Anne Wood Maucher; and his siblings, Mary Weaver, Gertrude Murphy and John Maucher.
He is survived by: his children, Heidi Ross (Brad), Melinda Vay Da and Karl J. Maucher, Jr. (Sharon). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
