With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Geraldine Moss (Midland City, Alabama), born in Dothan, Alabama, who passed away on September 4, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Whitfield and Eula Bell Smith Whitfield; and her siblings, Eudora Miley, Ella Mae Peterson, Harrison Whitfield and Henry Nelson Whitfield.
She is survived by: her niece Countess Saffold of Panama City; and her sister Johnnie Ruth Western of Muskegon. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and other family members.
Her contribution to both institutions was immense, and her work ethic, unmatched.
