He was predeceased by: his wife Ella Louise Dean; and his daughter Paula R. Spradley. He is survived by: his former wife Louise Dowling Dean; his son Phillip Dean (Cristi); his grandchildren, Dylan Dean, Hanna Dean, Benjamin Spradley (Kaylee), Brooke Deering (Noah) and Laura Ruth Spradley; and his great grandchild Adalynn Dean. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
