He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Preston Culpepper and Ruby Hartzog Culpepper; his great grandchild Ella Grace McAdams; his siblings, Nettie Blanchard, Mabel Hayes, Myrtle Hodges and Lamar Culpepper; his son-in-law Perry Stevens; and his sister Betty Chamberlain.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Taylor Culpepper; his children, Linda Culpepper Stevens and William Earl Culpepper (Tammy) of Midland City; his brother Bill Culpepper (Marlene); his grandchildren, Tommy Stevens (Stephanie), Carrie Stevens, Michael Stevens (Alana), Beth Miller (Mike) and Michelle McAdams (Matthew); and his great grandchildren, John, Jeff, Preston, Perri Ann, Isabella, Ansley, Ray, Trenton, Rowan and Lincoln.
