He was predeceased by: his parents, Sallie Givens and David Givens; his children, Heather Givens Littlefield and Gabe Givens; his nephew Jason Ward; and his sister Lou Givens Ward.
He is survived by: his wife Corine Givens; his brother Drew Givens (Penny); and his grandchildren, Ashley Givens, Kyler Littlefield and Nathan Littlefield. He is also survived by in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
