She is survived by: her father Fred Fairley; her children, Anthony Jenkins, La Sundra Jenkins (Greg), Arnetta Calloway (Warren) and Jasmine Magana Mixon (Matthew); her grandchildren, Cyana Ward (Zach), Warren Calloway, II, David A. Hart, Julian Dunlap, Melody Louise Mixon, Jordan D. Brown and Matthew David Mixon; her great grandchildren, Jordan Anthony Mills and Sebastion A. Ward; her siblings, Henry Avery, Jr., Fred Fairley, Jr., Sabrina Small, Yolanda Allen-Jurgensen and Tangee Williams; and also April Magana. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
