He is survived by: his children, Randy Carter, Glenda Clark and Sherree Carter (Robert); his grandchildren, Christin Campbell and Kyle Coker (Pandora); his great grandchildren, Isbella Lopez, Shayna Knight and Riley Coker; and his siblings, Bobby Carter and Linda Maddox. He is also survived by four great-great grandchildren.
