He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Pawpaw; his wife Jamie E. Williams; his daughters, Debra Kay Williams, Kelly Marie Tice and Patti Allamel (Rick); his son-in-law John Tice; his granddaughters, April Rice, Ashley Reid, Nikki McKee and Jessica Tice; and his sister Claudia Elrod. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews.
